I have a confession to make: I love cheese. Give me a soft, gooey, fragrant cheese with a gazillion calories per bite and I'm in hog heaven. Add a loaf of kalamata olive bread, and it just doesn't get any better than that. Unless, of course, I can add an ice-cold beer or a glass of red wine.

The simple pleasures are the best.
